･ About This Program:
What is it?
This is a *System Extension* that will load Control Strip (or Desktop Strip) on bootup whether you turned extensions off or not. The extension is packaged into a font suitcase so that it will always load (cool trick huh.) Hence, to install it, simply throw it into your Fonts folder and restart. If you have style though you'll use System Dropper to do this :)
Features:
･ I use so many Control Strip modules now that I feel naked if without them. This extension simply makes the Control Strip (or Desktop Strip) program load if you held down the shift key on startup, turning off all the extensions.
･ If you continue to hold down the shift key on startup until the Finder begins to load, Control Strip Loader will not load the Strip.
･ This program is also very useful for CS module programmers who want to quickly see their new code running and don't want to wait for all the Control Panels and Extensions to load. It seems like I reboot 50 times a day to see my new module changes implemented so Control Strip Loader sure saves me A LOT of time.
Conflicts:
･ None that I or my beta testers have found. Desktop Strip users will notice though that if you boot with extensions on, Desktop Strip will load first, and then later on will show itself crossed out. Don't worry about this because it is just recognizing that it is already loaded.
･ Freeware Info:
